We require a 50% advance at the time of order for the ensemble if placed, with the balance due on the final delivery of the garments. The ensemble will only be delivered after we have received 100% payment. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or card.

It is important to us to make sure the ensemble is based on your preference and requirements. We request you to send us your measurements immediately after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. Yes, the outfit can be altered. You may choose a third-party delivery service and will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. We request you to please get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email to explain the corrections that need to be made.

The timeline of delivery is 2-3 weeks based on the design of the ensemble. Please note that once the order has been shipped from our courier partner and the tracking details have been shared with you upon request, we are not liable for any delay.

Since the ensemble is strictly designed to your body measurements and preference, we will not be able to refund or exchange the product. Our team will contact you within two business days to discuss your concerns. Please cooperate with them and, if necessary, supply them with more information or visual proof for us to come to the best solution for you.

A request for cancellation shall be valid and accepted only if it is made within 24 hours of being placed through the website. Once the order is processed it cannot be canceled/refunded.

We advise our clients to dry clean and steam iron the ensemble. Please note that if there is any damage whilst wearing the outfit, we are not liable for the same.
