Please contact us at +91 9819314151 within 48 hours of receiving the product to accommodate requests of alterations. Since the ensemble is strictly designed to your body measurements and preference, we will not be able to refund or exchange the product. Our team will contact you within two business days to discuss your concerns. Request your cooperation and if necessary, kindly supply them with more information or visual proof.

In case of acceptance of an alteration request the customer will have to pay the service fee for pick-up and drop-off. The alteration process takes between 5 to 7 working days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up delays.

Please Note: Once a parcel is received, we perform a thorough quality check. We will try our best to accommodate all your requests. Please make sure the ensemble is undamaged and include the invoice, and original packaging.

Delivery & Shipping

Free delivery pan India on orders. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout for oversea orders. Your entire order will only be delivered once the full payment has been made via the valid payment mode.

We value you as our customer, so we utilize reputable courier partners for delivery security. We do ask that you understand, nevertheless, that we cannot be held responsible for courier delays. Once your order has been shipped, you would be free to track it. You will be sent the tracking code via mail.

Incase of alteration requests, you may choose a third-party delivery service and will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Ensure that no clothing is worn, washed, damaged, or used. If the above conditions are not met, we will politely decline the alteration requests.

Cancellation By The User

Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled/refunded. DMODE reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if it is made within 24 hours of making the order on the site.

Cancellation By DMODE

We shall refuse or cancel orders placed due to non-availability of fabric or any other valid reason and inform you about the rejection of your order. DMODE will refund your payment within 7 working days. It is pertinent to note that the payment gateways may take up to 30 days to credit such an amount to your account. 

Taxes & Duties

All prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes for domestic customers. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival for international customers.
